Jesus ~ Chris Tomlin

This is my current favorite worship song! All Tomlin does is lead you in singing to Jesus who He is. It's a wonderful reminder of just how powerful our Savior is.

Caleb & Kelsey

Anthem Lights is one of my favorite bands. Several of their singers have their own projects. I'm pretty sure all these songs are covers of pop songs, but I love the way Caleb (of AL) and his wife Kelsey (formerly of One Girl Nation) sing them. They bring something to these songs that other people can't. I think it might be partly because they are married, so singing love songs actually means something for them. Giants Fall ~ Francesca Battistelli

To be honest, this is the first song Francesca has done in a while that I like. It's very upbeat (unlike Holy Spirit and If We're Honest). Happy Listening!

Live It Well ~ Switchfoot

I'm not a big Switchfoot fan, but I really like their new single "Live It Well". I like the message of using this life for the best; living it to the full. It may seem cliched, but I think a lot of us don't live our lives well. We regret missed opportunities or regret decisions made. Switchfoot challenges us to live so we don't have that. Rise ~ Danny Gokey

Gokey writes and sings with so much emotion. He's been through some tough things and I think it comes through in his music. "Rise" is an encouraging song about going forward from those tough places in life.
