One Step Away ~ Casting Crowns

I will never get over how amazing Casting Crowns is at writing songs that have such powerful lyrics and music. I heard this song on the way to church a few weeks ago and then had to wait for it to go on YouTube (I hate that :)

New Skillet Song

Skillet has a new album coming out August 5, and I heard one of the songs. It's fantastic! A little departure from the normal hard rock, but somehow it really works. I think this may be my new binge song for the week :) Happy Listening!

It's really hard to let go of our own desires and plans and say, "God, Your will be done." Hillary Scott wrote and recorded this song in the midst of some really hard times, yet she can say, "His will be done."
