He Is With Us

When this song came out, it spoke to me. I knew it would become one of my "foundation" songs. One of the songs I turn to in difficulty; when I can't see or feel Him, this song would remind me He is with me. On a night I got some of the worst news of my life, I came home and listened to this song, and cried. I did that for a while. Still, almost two years later, hearing this song almost makes me cry. It is so simple but so powerful and means so much to me. If you are dealing with something overwhelming or devastating, I pray this song brings you the comfort it brought/brings me. Happy Listening!

Then, something jogs my memory and I say, "Hey, that was a really good song!", and then usually listen to it way too much for awhile and then forget about it again.
