I love Mark Schultz's music; he is fantastic. One of his newer songs is called "I Gave Up" and talks about how all our achievements and possessions are not that important eternally. I Am Not The Same ~ Seventh Day Slumber

I really like this song by Seventh Day Slumber. I think I heard it on Air1  and loved it. It makes me think of 2 Corinthians 5:17 which says, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone and the new has come." Not sure if that is the inspiration for the song but it works :) Happy Listening!

Do you see a pattern here? I seem to really love songs that are written as if God were the one singing. That might be because I wish God did actually, verbally speak to me, I don't know.
