From Beginning to End God You Reign

Apparently I am into Rush of Fools lately. I heard this song on the radio and thought, "Wow, I haven't heard this song in forever. I really like it." Then I discovered that it was by Rush of Fools. Hope it encourages you. Happy Listening!

The Unmaking ~ Nichole Nordeman

Nichole is such an amazing singer. Her vocals are absolutely incredible. I believe this song is the title track off her new album. It's all about the idea of dying to self so that God can mold us.

Happy Listening!

Anchor and Echo ~ Colton Dixon

More wonderful music from Colton! I'm starting to wonder if I just got unlucky in that the first music I heard from him were two I didn't like. Anyway....

I tend to like songs about getting through storms or struggles in life, probably because I can relate to them so well. That's Anchor.

Echo (Neon Feather Remix) is just awesome. Plain and simple. And it doesn't hurt that the music is really similar to Owl City, does it? :)

Happy Listening!

Promises ~ Seventh Time Down

Great new song about trusting God and that He always has done what He promised. Happy Listening!

Changes around here

I have learned more about copyright laws and as a result, I will not be posting songs on this blog that are not put out by the artist or the record company. I went back through all my old posts and made sure that they reflected this new policy. Unfortunately, some songs had to go because I could not find a version on YouTube that was by the artist. So I apologize if you can't find a song that used to be here.

To give more of an explanation, by the letter of the law, creating a lyric or music video for a song that is not your own original creation, is violating copyright laws. Obviously, this does not get enforced, but I don't want to be involved in anything possibly illegal. Also, I have learned more about the Seventh Commandment and I don't want to be encouraging stealing either. That's why I have the new policy that I do.

Thanks for visiting my blog and supporting Christian music!

Alive In Me ~ JJ Weeks Band

Our God is all-powerful, all-knowing, present everywhere. The God who performed miracles, walked on water, and created the world, lives inside of us! It seems crazy, but it's true. That's what this song is about. Happy Listening!

Refuge ~ Finding Favour

This song reminds me of the Scripture that talks about looking to the mountains, and our strength comes from God, not the mountains. It sounds so simple to just take refuge in God in the the trials and storms, but yet, it's so hard. If you're going through something, let your heart sing this out as a prayer to God. Happy Listening!
